This Ukamobi Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is established by UKA TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Ukamobi") to explain how we collect, store, transmit, use, and share information. This Policy applies to the software development kits (SDK), application programming interfaces (API), platforms, services, technologies, and related websites (collectively referred to as the "Services") we provide.We respect and value your privacy rights and are committed to handling your information in a transparent and responsible manner. This Policy describes how we process two categories of information:

1.1 Information Collected Through Services: Information gathered during the provision of our Services, including: end-user information collected from mobile advertising participants (such as app developers, ad aggregation platforms, programmatic ad trading platforms, ad demand-side platforms, and traffic supply-side platforms) via SDK, API, platforms, services or technologies;Information about end-users' interactions with advertisements collected and transmitted to us via SDK, API, or other technical means, or by business partners (as defined below as "Partners") and their designated third parties; Information generated when end-users use a Partner's application, website, platform, or other services, collected and transmitted to us by the Partner or its designated third parties; Information provided to us by Partners when using our platforms, technologies, or services.

1.2 Information Collected from Websites: Information we collect from visitors such as developers and advertisers when they log in to, access, or use Ukamobi websites. Our website https://www.ukamobi.com, or any other website containing this policy; and any website provided to potential customers or partners for the purpose of delivering our services ("Ukamobi Websites," "Websites").

Specifically, if you integrate and use our services as a "Developer," you must carefully read this Policy to ensure full understanding and compliance. You are also responsible for clearly informing your end users that you have integrated our SDK, including but not limited to the SDK name, operating entity, types and purposes of personal information processing, and providing a link to this Policy.

2. How We Collect Information

(1) During your use of the Ukamobi SDK to provide services, we will collect information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy, and necessity.The primary function of the Ukamobi SDK product is to serve as a tool for developers to conduct advertising campaigns within their applications. Therefore, when you use a developer application that has integrated our Ukamobi SDK, the SDK will collect the following information through the developer application and request corresponding permissions. Developers must truthfully inform you of the Ukamobi SDK name, the name of the operating entity, the types and purposes of personal information processed, this Policy, and other relevant content. They may only use the Ukamobi SDK to perform related business functions after obtaining your consent.

[Important Notice] Developers must initialize our SDK only after the end user has consented to their Privacy Policy. Our SDK will only collect information and request permissions after obtaining user consent.

(3) Other Information and Uses: We may de-identify collected information for statistical analysis and model prediction to improve and optimize our services, as well as support marketing decisions. Additionally, when you contact our customer service, we may collect relevant information you provide.

(4) Sensitive Personal Information

We understand that the leakage or unlawful use of sensitive personal information may cause serious harm to personal dignity, physical safety, or property security. We will not proactively collect your sensitive personal information without your explicit consent. If our partners need to transmit or authorize us to process sensitive personal information, they must obtain your consent in accordance with the law and fully inform you of the necessity and implications of such processing.

(5) Exceptions to Authorization Requirements

Pursuant to relevant laws and regulations, we may collect and use your information without prior authorization or consent in the following circumstances:

When necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract;

When necessary to fulfill legal obligations (e.g., involving national security, defense security, criminal investigations, etc.);

Necessary to respond to public health emergencies or protect the life, health, or property safety of you or others;

Processing information you have voluntarily disclosed or that has been lawfully disclosed;

Conduct traffic statistics and generate analytical reports to help partners understand advertising effectiveness;

Conduct internal operations, debugging, research, and service optimization;

Analyze usage trends and preferences to enhance service quality and develop new features.

4. How We Store Information

Storage Location: We store information in necessary regions in compliance with applicable laws. For example, information collected within the People's Republic of China will be stored within China.

Storage Period: We store your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy and for the minimum retention period required by laws and regulations. After the expiration of these periods, we will delete or anonymize the information. To comply with laws, resolve disputes, or protect legitimate rights and interests, we may extend the storage period when necessary.

5. How We Share Information

Sharing with Partners: To deliver service features, we may share information with affiliates and third-party advertising partners in compliance with applicable laws. For specific sharing recipients and processing details, please refer to our updated "Third-Party Information Sharing List."

Sharing Based on Legal Requirements: We may share or disclose your information under the following circumstances:

To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests;

To enforce our agreements or policies, or investigate potential violations;

To investigate, prevent, or take action against illegal activities, fraud, or security issues;

To establish, exercise, or defend legal rights or claims;

To prevent harm to our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users, you, or any third party;

To cooperate with law enforcement agencies or as necessary to enforce legitimate rights such as intellectual property rights.

6. How to Control Information

Newer versions of iOS and Android allow you to control how apps collect advertising IDs. Follow these instructions:

iOS devices (iOS 14+): Go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Allow Apps to Request to Track. Note that if you use multiple devices, you must opt out on each device individually.

Android devices: Follow the instructions at: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/1660762 (under Mobile Controls). Note that if you use multiple devices, you must opt out on each device individually.

7. Information Protection Measures

(1) Our Data Confidentiality Measures

We employ industry-standard, reasonable measures to provide appropriate security safeguards for your and/or your end users' information, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, damage, or loss of data. We implement reasonable and feasible measures to protect the security of your and/or your end users' data. For example, we use encryption technologies (TLS, SSL) and anonymization techniques to protect your and/or your end users' personal information.

You understand that no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. Despite our reasonable efforts, there remains a risk that data may be stolen, illegally obtained, or misused, potentially causing harm to you and/or your end users in terms of personal safety, property, or reputation. You fully acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume them.

(2) Emergency Response and Early Warning

In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you via email, telephone, public announcement, or other means as required by law, providing details of the incident, its potential impact, measures taken, and preventive recommendations. We will also report the incident to regulatory authorities as required.

8. Your Information Rights

Under applicable laws, you generally have the following rights:

Access, Correction, and Deletion: You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@ukamobi.com.

Withdrawal of Consent: You may withdraw your consent for specific processing at any time by changing your device settings or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred prior to withdrawal.

Account Closure and Data Copies: You may request account closure or obtain a copy of your personal information. We will process your request in accordance with applicable laws.

Response Mechanism: To ensure security, we may verify your identity before processing requests. We will respond within the timeframe prescribed by law or within a reasonable period (typically 15 business days). We may refuse or charge a reasonable fee if your request is manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or requires disproportionate technical effort.

Under specific legal circumstances (e.g., fulfilling legal obligations, involving public interest, or where compliance would harm others' legitimate rights), we may be unable to fulfill your request.

9. Marketing Communications

If you are our business partner, we may periodically send you emails containing information about our products, services, and content that may interest you. Where applicable laws require your consent before sending marketing communications, we will only send such communications after obtaining your consent.

If you no longer wish to receive such marketing materials, you may unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions provided in the marketing messages, or by sending an email to privacy@ukamobi.com to request that you cease receiving such information.

10. Protection of Minors

We do not actively or intentionally collect personal information from minors. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe your child has submitted their personal information or other details without your consent, permission, or authorization—please notify us immediately. We will promptly take action to remove your child's information from our databases and cease using such information.

If your application or online service targets children and collects or may collect children's personal information, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including COPPA, CCPA, GDPR, PIPL, and Google Play's Privacy and Family Policy regarding children's data protection. You must also ensure you have implemented necessary technical measures to guarantee that registration and use of your application occur only with the consent or permission of the child's parent or legal guardian.Additionally, you must have established comprehensive, compliant user agreements and privacy policies, and obtained all necessary authorizations and consents. Beyond this, you must guarantee that if necessary personal information about children is shared with Ukamobi under this policy or to fulfill contractual obligations, you will immediately notify Ukamobi in writing of the purpose and specific types of such children's information being processed, along with corresponding compliance documentation.For personal information collected with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose such information when permitted by law, explicitly authorized by parents or guardians, or necessary for the protection of the child. You must comply with the provisions regarding child data protection in the Play Privacy and Family Policy and ensure you have implemented necessary technical measures to guarantee that registration and use of your application software occurs only with the consent or permission of the child's parent or legal guardian.Additionally, you have established adequate, compliant user agreements and privacy policies and obtained all necessary authorizations and consents. Beyond this, you must guarantee that if necessary children's personal information is shared with Ukamobi pursuant to this policy or to fulfill contractual obligations between the parties, you will promptly notify Ukamobi in writing of the purpose and specific types of processing of such children's information, along with corresponding compliance documentation.For personal information collected with parental consent, we will only use or publicly disclose such information when permitted by law, explicitly authorized by the parent or guardian, or necessary to protect the child.

If we discover that we have collected a child's personal information without first obtaining verifiable parental consent, we will endeavor to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

11. Cross-Border Transfers

We may transfer information internationally between different countries/regions. By using our platform products and services, you consent to any such transfers. We comply with applicable laws and regulations governing the cross-border transfer of personal information to ensure your personal information is protected wherever it resides.

If you are located within the People's Republic of China, personal information collected about you or your end users under this Policy will be stored within the People's Republic of China. Should business operations necessitate transfers outside the People's Republic of China, we will strictly comply with the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), any necessary transfers of your or your end users' personal information outside the EEA to fulfill contractual obligations for providing requested services or products will be conducted in strict compliance with this Policy and regulations such as the EU GDPR, including adherence to EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

12. Policy Amendments

To provide you with better services, we may revise the content of this Policy from time to time. Such revisions shall form part of this Policy and have the same effect as this Policy.

We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. Upon updating this Policy, we will publish the revised version on our official website and notify you of the changes through appropriate means before they take effect, ensuring you are promptly informed of the latest version.

For material changes, we will provide more prominent notice (via one or more methods such as in-app messages, email, or announcements). Therefore, please review and understand updates to this Policy promptly. If you do not agree to accept this Policy and its latest version, please cease accessing and using our services.

Significant changes referred to in this Policy include, but are not limited to:

Significant changes to our service model, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, or the manner in which personal information is used;

Significant changes in our ownership structure or organizational framework, such as changes in ownership resulting from business restructuring, bankruptcy, mergers, or acquisitions;
